at the Morning Member Meetup
Join us on Friday, January 10th, from 8:00 to 9:00 AM at the Cowichan Regional Visitor Centre for the first Morning Member Meetup of the year. It's the perfect way to ease into the new year with good company, great coffee, and fresh energy.
Thanks to Gulf Islands Coffee, you'll be greeted with a warm cup of locally roasted coffee and a selection of breakfast treats provided by Kubera Payments. We'll kick things off with some gentle Tai Chi movement to set the tone for a mindful and productive year.
We will also have a light QiGong session provided by Valley Health & Fitness Instructor Connie Hoshizaki.
This is a relaxed, welcoming space where you can:

- Chat about your plans and resolutions for 2024
