Before joining Merridale in 2012, he crafted rums for some of the world’s most renowned distilleries—developing a 50-million-liter rum portfolio in Guyana and serving as Master Blender in Antigua for a decade. Now, he invites you to an intimate Distillery Master Class—a rare opportunity to learn from a veteran of the craft. Laurent will share the history and science behind Merridale’s spirits, dating back to 2007, while guiding you through a tasting of aged selections straight from the barrel.
